Although the generalities of the type “medium size for women” and “large size for men” are relatively reliable, we invite you to confirm your choice by checking the width of your hand as shown in our table below.

Avoid too small sizes to avoid compressions. These sizes are not applicable to athletes with atrophied hands.

This measurement must be made at the base of your 4 fingers.
